MONDAY PRACTICE: We will meet at the school Monday morning. Practice will begin at 9:30am and run until 11am (or sooner if we finish what we need to do). The temperature will be in the mid 30s at 9am. If you are distance and want to run outside...dress appropriately. If you bring a suit--I can throw you in the water for a while at the end of practice.

hey. I am sorry i could not make it to practice today. i have to babysit. I will try to be there tomorrow but it all depends if i have to babysit or not. I will definitely be there on Wednesday. See you then!
That's OK, you can make it up by running a steeplechase on Saturday.
