PRACTICE UPDATE: There is no practice this Friday (good Friday). there is an optional practice on Monday. We will meet at Acorn at 9am for a distance run. Bring some cornbread...I will treat up to a certain amount. Please dress for the weather! Currently they are calling for a high of 38 degrees--but it will be MUCH cooler at 9am.

SCHEDULE CHANGE: The Campbell Relays has been canceled. The meet was to be held on Saturday, April 26th. I will try to get us into the Fabian Invitational in Dansville NY.
